Carolina Reese

Carolina Reese is a Colombian-born shamanic practitioner and certified plant medicine preparation and integration coach devoted to helping women reconnect with their soul’s wisdom and restore inner wholeness. With over a decade of experience as an art educator and learning & development consultant, she brings a clear, compassionate, and educational approach to healing work, meeting people where they are and supporting not only individual clients but also retreat leaders seeking to design spiritually grounded, trauma-informed experiences.

Her practice weaves together one-on-one coaching, on-site retreat support, and traditional shamanic healing, including soul retrieval, power animal work, and ancestral reconnection. Guided by integrity, cultural reverence, and a deep commitment to transformation, she creates sacred space for those navigating life transitions, spiritual emergence, or plant medicine journeys to come home to themselves, fully and fearlessly.

Carolina is a certified Transformational & Psychedelic Integration Coach, a graduate of the Parsons School of Design and holds a Masters Degree in Art Education from the University of Florida. She is based in Tennessee.
